Sally burlington

Founder

Sally Burlington is the voice and founder of Create Harmony, a platform dedicated to helping others cultivate peace, well-being, and joy through intentional living.

She is a Spiritual Director and her work integrates meditation and mindfulness as pathways to deepen connection with God and foster inner calm. She weaves her blend of contemplation and creativity into all her offerings.

She loves puzzles, reading and growing all kinds of plants. She lives in North Carolina with her husband, one dog, and two cats and is also the mother of two daughters.

Meghan Johel

Meghan is deeply drawn to connection—valuing time with her children, meaningful relationships, and the quiet beauty of the outdoors. For nearly 20 years, her yoga practice has grounded her, introducing her to the benefits of meditation and the balance between movement and stillness.

Her work reflects a belief that peace is cultivated through intentional rhythms and everyday presence. She enjoys reading, time in local coffee shops, and connecting with family and friends.

She lives in Raleigh, North Carolina with her husband, their two children, and their Golden Irish.
