Sally burlington
Sally Burlington is the Founder and Creative Director of Create Harmony, a community exploring how we can cultivate more peace, joy, and connection in everyday life. A natural storyteller, connector, and curious explorer, Sally believes peace isn't simply something we find—it's something we practice. Through meaningful conversations, creative experiences, and intentional gatherings, she invites others to slow down, try something new, notice the good, and discover peace in ordinary moments.
She is a trained Spiritual Director and her approach blends contemplation with creativity and depth with delight. Rather than presenting peace as something to perfect, Sally approaches it with curiosity—asking what might happen if we practiced the qualities that make peace possible, both within ourselves and with one another.
