Find Your Peace
Uplifting Your Soul, one gentle moment at a time.
What does peace look like?
If we’re being honest, we might say we’re not exactly sure. The answer to what peace isn’t is easier to identify. Defining peace is a challenge. But most of us know the feeling when it happens.
At Create Harmony, we are elevating the pursuit of peacemaking. We aren’t experts. Instead we are a team working together to highlight the practices and rhythms of peace.
We hope our offerings inspire you to take a step towards peace in your life.
You can learn more about our team here.
Our Core Values:
Peace is a practice supported by habits
One of the only things we control in life is where we focus
Rest is a thing, not the absence of a thing
Mental Wellness is distinct from Mental Health - both are important
Mental Wellness involves good self-care, strong connections with community and grounding yourself in gratitude
Mental Health is clinical often involving therapists and medication
Note: Our message is an invitation, not a claim of absolute truth. References to God are meant to inspire reflection, not impose belief. You are free to interpret, question, or disregard these ideas as you choose.
Our Offerings
Through the Create Harmony Podcast, we elevate the voices of fellow peacemakers. Each week, we have a conversation about how to find more mental wellness in your life. Find out more here.
The Create Harmony Newsletter is a deeper, more expansive companion to our podcast. Each month, we explore a new theme and share curated links, inspiring resources, and thoughtful reflections—all centered on peace, tranquility, and the joyful art of living well.
At our Wellspring Sanctuary, we host day retreats for clergy and ministerial staff. These offer those who give so much of themselves a chance to rest and reset in preparation to return to their meaningful work. Learn more here.
We have a peaceful pathways box that allows you to take a little piece of peace into your home. In partnership with Petal and Pink Mental Wellness Boutique, we create a new box each season. Each box is a thoughtfully curated collection designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply and savor the present moment. You can learn more about that here.
Lastly, we lead pop-up workshops for local groups, creating spaces for hands-on learning, connection, and gratitude. If you have an idea for a workshop, let’s talk! Email me at mycreateharmony@gmail.com.
